Account access
Include the account email address and describe what happened. Never send a password, recovery code or authentication token.
Billing and credits
Include the purchase date and credit type. Do not email card details; payments are handled through Stripe.
Scan problem
Describe the scan type, approximate word count, browser and exact error message without attaching the submitted writing unless support asks for an appropriate alternative.
Privacy or data rights
State the request clearly and use the email address associated with the account where possible so ownership can be verified safely.
